Download the form and send it to Secretary General, The Indian Association For Social Psychiatry along with a Demand Draft for application fee, in favour of Tresurer, IASP, payable at Chandigarh. Application fee is Rs.100, Membership Fee is Rs.2000 for Life Fellow and Rs.1000 for Life Associate.
